I have a masters degree in mental health counseling and am licensed in the state of Texas. I hold a certification as a hypno-therapist and am a Nationally Certified Counselor. In addition, I am a certified yoga instructor and provide meditation instruction. I have received extensive training in Jungian Depth Psychology, Transactional Analysis, Rational Emotive Therapy and Bioenergetics.
